A terms and conditions page is essential for a good working relationship with your customers.

If you wish to purchase the Vehicle you must, within 7 days of receiving the Confirmation, send to us a signed copy of the purchase contract, and payment of the deposit.

Once the deposit and the contracts are received we will, place your order with the Car Dealer on the terms of the purchase contract. Please note that the purchase contract is a contract between you and Sampleautos. Before sending the signed copy to us you should carefully check that the Vehicle Specification and other details specific to your purchase are correct.

When you place an order with Sampleautos (by sending us the signed purchase contract and paying the deposit), you enter into a contract with us. You have the right to cancel this contract for any reason whatsoever and without penalty for seven working days (i.e. not counting weekends and UK bank holidays) following the date of sending us your authorisation, in which case you will receive a full refund of any deposit you have already paid.
